1. Nature of the Service
MediQ is an AI-assisted clinical reference tool for verified Irish healthcare professionals. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace clinical judgement. All outputs must be verified by a qualified clinician before use.
2. Eligibility
Access is restricted to registered doctors and dentists in Ireland. By signing up you confirm you hold a valid registration with the Medical Council of Ireland or the Dental Council of Ireland.
3. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions. MediQ accepts no liability for any clinical outcome arising from use of this tool.
4. Patient Data
Do not enter patient identifiable information. Queries are processed by AI. No patient records are stored by MediQ.
5. Accuracy
AI outputs may contain errors. Always verify against current guidelines before acting.
6. EU AI Act
MediQ operates in compliance with EU AI Act transparency requirements. Error reporting is available within the platform.
