What we collect
Name, email, profession, IMC or Dental Council number, clinic details, and queries submitted to the AI.
What we do not collect
Patient names, patient identifiers, or any patient health records. Do not enter patient data into MediQ.
How we use it
To verify your registration, provide the service, and maintain an audit log as required by EU AI Act Article 12.
Who we share it with
No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
EU-based servers only.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@mediq.ie to exercise these rights.
Data retention
Account data is held while your account is active plus 12 months. Query logs are held for 24 months for compliance purposes.
